On Friday morning we had our 3 month weigh in with Dr. McCormick.
At Emma's 2 month appointment she weighted 10 lbs. 6 oz.
Friday she weighed in at a whopping 11 lbs. 12 oz. I was thrilled for such a great gain of a pound and 6 oz.
Dr. McCormick was satisfied with the gain, but was still hoping for a little more.
This only puts Emma in the 25th percentile for weight and she was in the 50th last month.
We are still adding the formula powder to her breast milk and we will keep our fingers crossed for more gain at her 4 month appointment.
Here is our little gal.
She was SO active the entire time, she kept kicking away. Dr. McCormick even said that Emma must be slim because she is so active. She also said that she will probably never be a chubby baby. I kinda think that will change as soon as she gets to have solid foods.
So sweet!
