The Easter Bunny

After church today we went to see the Easter Bunny!
Papa, Abuelita and JuJu joined us.

Both Emma and Jacob were so excited to have their picture taken with him.
We don't have JuJu's picture to share, but here is Emma's...

Emma's last soccer game.

Yesterday morning Emma had her last soccer game of the season.
She loved playing with all of her soccer friends.
She loved getting dressed in her soccer uniform.
She loved showing the referees her hair bows.
She loved us getting so excited when she kicks the ball.
Most of all she loved...
 Coach Campbell!

We are so proud of her!
Soccer may not be her sport just yet, but she sure gave it her all.

Soccer and the desert

Saturday morning started with an early soccer game.
 Emma played so well.
She actually got in there and kicked the ball several times and had an assist.
She normally just runs around on the field, so this was huge progress!

After the game we hopped in the truck and headed out to the desert.
Emma was exhausted from the game so she slept most of the way.

The weather was perfect this weekend!

Emma couldn't wait to help Bill make the peach cobbler.

Since Wendy didn't make it out this trip I stepped in and took Emma on her morning rock hunt.

Then we stopped and played in the wash.

While everyone was out on a ride, Emma and I went to the Blue Inn for some ice cream.
She picked out a choco taco and loved every messy bite!

It was a short trip, but we had so much fun!!!

Silly girl!

This past week Emma was playing with her doll's one morning.
Since she is her doll's mama, that makes me the grandma.

I was in the bathroom getting ready for work and I hear...
"Grandma!!!"
I go in the living room
Me: Yes Emma
Emma: I need you to go pick up my baby from school
(She starts laying down on the couch...)
Me: Ok
Emma: I have to go to the doctor. He need to look at the baby in my belly. My belly is getting so big!

This girl is a crack up.

Why a pregnant woman should never...

go to Costco alone.
She might just come home with this...

An entire gallon of pickles.
Douggie laughed when he saw my enormous jar.
Mmmm, they are delicious.

Weekend re-cap

FRIDAY
An afternoon play date with Harper, naps and then a fish fry dinner at church.

SATURDAY
Soccer game and then off to Buy Buy Baby to look at double strollers

SUNDAY
Church, lunch and then working around the house.
Emma can't seem to get enough of her games.
She even took her ipod to the potty with her because she couldn't stop her make-up girls game.

She was so funny and had all of her Disney characters lined up for a parade for Snow White's Birthday.

While Emma was being a goof ball Douggie and I were busy cleaning out closets and cabinets and cleaning some more. I think my nesting phase has started... poor Douggie!
