Emma's kitchen remodel!

Emma has a little fascination with cooking.
Anytime we are at a friends house that has a play kitchen, she will spend the whole time playing there.

Emma has a tub of kitchen toys at home, and they are by far her favorite toys.

Poor Emma has a ghetto kitchen.
She is pretty darn creative and pulls down two of her toy tubs and she has herself a nice kitchen counter. This girl has a great imagination!

Seeing her in her ghetto kitchen made me convince Douggie that Emma needed a kitchen of her own. So we decided that for her 18 month birthday we would get one for her.

Douggie decided to give it to her a few days early.
Here it is in the box.

They made a father - daughter project out of it.

And here is the new kitchen!
The kitchen we picked out didn't come with a fridge, so we bought a little cabinet and made it in to her fridge. We have a few more designer touches to make, but Emma loves it already!

So cute! The cutest little chef I've ever seen! 18 month b-day presents, never heard of those but that is a bandwagon I'm totally willing to jump on:)
