18 months!

Emma is 18 months today... just craziness!

She is growing up so fast. She is far from a baby and is becoming such a big kid.

We had her 18 month check up today, and here are her stats:

Height - 32 inches 62nd percentile

Weight - 21 lbs. 11 oz. 14th percentile

Head Circumference - 18.5 inches 64th percentile

Say What!!! Emma's height has finally slowed down. This is the 1st time in forever that she is not in the 97th percentile.

She is still a skinny thing, but she has been almost her entire life.

And her head is finally growing. That must be because she is such a smart kid!

She was sound asleep on the way to the doctor, and she even slept through the weigh in.

Still asleep through the head measurements.

And woke up just in time to see Dr. McCormick.

She loves Dr. McCormick and was so well behaved for her.

Good news:

She said that Emma is very bright and doing so well.

She also said that she is as healthy as can be!

Bad news:

She had 3 shots. :(

She did really well all day with Abuelita.

The shots didn't seem to affect her at all.

Tonight we went out to dinner with Scott and Meghan.

At the end of dinner, Emma made sure to tell us that she was tired...

she kept laying her head down on the table and saying "Bye."

Thanks for such a great dinner Scott and Meghan, and for putting up with our restless kid.
