Happy Birthday Doug!

Today is Doug's Birthday!!!

We celebrated by going to a few breweries in Vista with some great friends.

1st stop - Iron Fist

 2nd stop - Belching Beaver

 3rd stop - Latitude 33

We had a great time with everyone and enjoyed some delicious beers.

Happy 1st Birthday Jackson B!

Yesterday afternoon we went to Jackson's 1st Birthday.

Liz and Mark threw an amazing party.

We had so much fun and had so many yummy treats.

 Jackson had an adorable tire cake.

The kids all had lots of fun swimming.

We had a great time celebrating with Jackson.

Crusin' Grand

We made a visit to Crusin' Grand on Friday evening.

My parents had been earlier in the season, but this was our first time this year.

Another reason why I love Douggie...

he tells me he's going to invite a few people over for dinner to celebrate my Birthday.

Turns out he invited nearly 50 members of my family and friends.

I wasn't wanting a big fuss for my Birthday and this may seem like a fuss to some, but to me it was perfect.

I am so thankful that I have been blessed with them in my life and it was so wonderful to celebrate another year with them all.

10 years ago today I turned 23.

10 years ago today my cousin Val married a wonderful man named Kevin.

10 years ago today, at their wedding I met a wonderful man named Doug.

I thank Val and Kevin for having a really fun wedding.

I thank Doug for not bringing a date to the wedding like he was planning to do.

I thank the bartender for serving me Chardonnay because it gave me the courage to introduce myself to Doug.

I thank my Uncle Mike for assuring my dad that his daughter was walking off with a really good guy.

I have thanked God every day since for blessing me with such an amazing man like Doug.

Today instead of celebrating me turning 33, I am celebrating the 10^th Wedding Anniversary of Val and Kevin and the 10^th Anniversary of meeting Doug. What an amazing 10 years it has been since Doug entered my life.

Adam's 4th Birthday

Yesterday afternoon we went to Adam's super fun Star Wars Party.

 They had so many cute details.

 The whole family dressed that part.

I didn't catch Ron or cousin Jillian though.

Bonfire at Oceanside Harbor

Friday morning Ebit, Jacob, Emma and I headed to the harbor to reserve a bonfire pit.

We had lots of fun playing all day.

The rest of the gang joined us around lunch time.

 Ellie came in the evening with Papa, Abuelita, and Douggie after he got off of work.

We had such a great day and night at the beach and so much fun with the family.
