Cornhole Tournament

Today we held a cornhole tournament.

We all had a great time when we played while on our camping trip, so we decided to get together and play again.

I decided that we needed a trophy, and my Dad and Doug were kind enough to help make it.

 Victoria was the corn and wore corn colors and Paul was the hole.

The final was between Omar & Ebit and Dave & Cris.

Dave and Cris were the big winners!

Dave is really competitive and normally I wouldn't be happy that he won.

This time I was ok with it because in the game before Omar was doing some serious trash talking.

We had a great time and everyone is excited for the next tournament.

An evening at the beach

Yesterday evening we went to the beach.

We had dinner and played in the sand and it was perfect!

Cris, Dave, Anyssa, Andrew and Ava even joined us for a little bit.

Crusin' Grand

Last night was the final night of Crusin' Grand for the year.

They closed down Grand Ave. and had dragsters that ran up and down the street.

I stayed far away with Elle, but Papa, Abuelita, JuJu and Emma watched them.

Emma said, "Mama, those cars had fire!"

15 weeks!

Elle turned 15 weeks yesterday.

And she decided to show off and show us that she can roll over from her back to her tummy.

We love this little lady to pieces!

We will miss you Grandma Moreno!

On Saturday we heard news that Doug's Grandmother passed away.

We are all so sad and we will all miss her.

We are so happy that she was able to meet Emma a couple years ago but also so sad that she didn't get to meet her newest great granddaughter, Elle.

She was a strong woman who fought until the end and her spirit will always be a part of us.

You are now at peace Grandma, we love you and miss you terribly.

Douggie and Elle were watching some Monday Night Football this evening.

Elle was so focused on the T.V.  Probably not a good thing, but it was pretty cute.

Our weekend

Saturday

 We started out with baby Drew's 1st Birthday party!

 Then we went to the Luau with Papa and Abuelita at the Knight's of Columbus hall.

 Emma wore my dress that GG Bob and GG Margaret brought me from Hawaii when I was a little girl.

It was so fun to see her in it!

 Emma's friend Isabella from school was there. They had a great time playing together.

 The girls loved the hula dancers and they even joined in on the dancing.

Sunday

After church we went to Carolina's 4th Birthday Party.

Carolina is in Emma's class and they were also in the same class last year as well.

The party was lots of fun and held at a swim school.

We had a great weekend! We hope you all did as well!

Sea World

This afternoon Emma, Elle and I went to Sea World.

Just a quick little afternoon trip and we had lots of fun!

Today Elle is 14 weeks!

 Poor Elle was getting sleepy, but she was such a good girl the entire time.

 Mama: "Emma, can you straighten out your head?"

Emma: "No Mama! This make me look beautiful."

This little missy cracks me up!

 Emma: "Ok Mama, now I straighten my head for you."

And she was out within minutes of getting into the car.

Elle is 3 months!

Our sweet little lady is 3 months today.

Her little personality is showing more and more.

She is such a sweet girl.

Her big sissy is her favorite. Elle always gives the biggest smiles when she sees Emma.

Emma played dress up with her this morning and Elle got married.

She loves to suck on her little hands.

She finds her thumbs every now and then, but her hand is her favorite.

All snuggled up with Daddy.

We were all so happy to have him home today.

He was away in Vegas for the WSU vs. UNLV football game.

He said he is exhausted... it must have been a great weekend!
