We just got back this morning from our family camping trip.
We went to Sweetwater Summit Campground in Bonita. It is the same campground we all went to last year.
Emma said making s'mores was her favorite part of camping.
Elle had a great time on her very first camping trip.
She was a dream and was so easy going.
Andrew turns 3 this week, so we celebrated his birthday a little early.
We decided to start a new tradition and have a cornhole tournament while camping.
It was so much fun and got really competitive.
The big winners were Connie and Richard!
We had such a great time!
I love that we were all able to go camping again this summer.
Lessons we learned while camping...
-ants are terrible and they were everywhere
-the air conditioner in our trailer is wonderful
-Dave is crazy when it comes to keeping his tent clean
-Andrew HATES to wear shoes
-spaghetti with meatballs is always a kid favorite
-spaghetti with meatballs is always a kid favorite
-everyone said they didn't care if they won the cornhole tournament, as long as Dave didn't win
-nights around the campfire are always so much fun
-the kids sleep so well after a long day of playing
-while at the playground, watch out for the little girl in the black and white swimsuit... she bites
-camping with family is always a good time!
