Park of the week # 2

This evening we went to Walnut Grove Park in San Marcos for our park of the week.

We had lots of fun playing and exploring.

We also enjoyed a picnic dinner.

 Heritage Park is also located within Walnut Grove Park.

The museum was already closed, so we will have to make a trip back to check it out.

 They had a really fun playground by the big red barn.

 We watched the horses in the arena.

 They also had a second playground down by the soccer fields at the other end of the park.

This park was lots of fun!

Pros...

Great play equipment

Lots of open room to run

Not very crowded

Cons...

Could be hard to find. Lucky for us our GPS had no problem finding it

Out in the boonies but that made it more of an adventure
