Park of the week #2

This evening we visited Lakeview Park in San Marcos.

I know that this is only our 2nd park this summer, but I can already say that this is one of my favorites. This park was so much fun and it had a little bit of everything.

We invited Abuelita, Aunt Lizzy, JuJu, Aunt Caubbie and the Prieto family along for the fun.

I love her wild hair!

This park had a really fun fountain that goes off at set times throughout the day.

Luckily I found the schedule online so we made it in time for the 5 o'clock fountain.

Not only does the fountain go up, but the water makes a little pool before going down a water fall.

It was lots of fun.

Poor Andrew missed out on the water fun.

After dinner we took a walk around the lake and fed the ducks on the dock.

There are some fun trails.

We didn't explore them all, we just stuck to the nice flat one that went around the lake.

And we had one tired little girl on the way home.

She wanted a cookie so bad, but was so tired she didn't eat much of it.

I am really looking forward to visiting this park again, we loved it there!
