Fabulous Friday!

Yesterday was such a great day!

Mama got to get some work done and run lots of errands.

Then Abuelita dropped off Emma at our house and we waited for our friend Rachel to come over and play.

Rachel's folks went out for an Anniversary lunch, so we gladly had Rachel over for a play date.

Enjoyed some lunch

Played around the house, and then Dada had perfect timing and came home from his work trip just in time to help with the kiddos.

Then we dyed some Easter Eggs.

Not really sure what all the fuss is about.

Emma tried to drink the dye.

The girls got restless while waiting for the eggs in the dye, so I distracted them with some mini M&M's, which are Emma's favorite. Funny thing... they now seem to be a hit with Rachel, she was loving them!

Here are the finished products.

After the Eggs we headed out back and played for a bit.

And ate some bark.

No, don't worry Tim and Heather, she didn't really eat any, but she sure tried.

Ran around like a crazy kid.

Swung in the swing like a well behaved kid.

Then off for a walk.

This was the 1st time Emma sat in the second seat of our stroller.

Poor Rachel got a back massage the entire time, because Emma was kicking on the back of her seat. Rachel was a trooper and didn't complain one bit.

And then we played a bit more inside before Heather came to pick up little Rachel.

Tim and Heather, we had a blast with little Rachel. We would be more than happy to do it again any time.

After our play date we headed off to dinner with the family.

And then to Crusin' Grand.

Jacob thought it was pretty fun sitting in the second seat.

Then Mama, Abuelita & Tia Ebit headed off to the movies to watch "The Last Song."

We had such a fabulous day full of friends and family!
