This morning we went to watch Anyssa's team play in State Cup.

Lucky for us, her games were here in town.

 Unfortunately they lost in the last two minutes, but they still did a great job.

Abuelita Rose

On Thursday my mom had herself a little day care.

She was watching Elle as usual, then Cris dropped off Andrew and Ava , then Jacob and Emma came after school.

She was a busy lady!

We are all so lucky to have Abuelita Rose!

Grandma Cherie and Grandpa Bob

Last week Grandma Cherie and Grandpa Bob were visiting.

They came to celebrate Emma's Birthday and a late Christmas with us.

We had so much fun visiting with them!

Grandma Cherie's Birthday is also in January and so we celebrated with her at Fish House Vera Cruz.

 Emma said that she should have a minion (Despicable Me) cake and that is exactly what we ordered for her.

We miss them so much, but we are so happy that we were able to spend time with them!

Emma can't wait to see you guys again so that she can have some more tea parties.

Emma's Actual Birthday!

Emma's actual Birthday was last Tuesday.

 Emma was so excited to go to school on her actual Birthday.

She had lots of fun celebrating with her friends.

She also picked out a special snack to bring in and give to all of her friends. She picked gummies and funny applesauce.

After some play time at home we all headed to Killer Pizza From Mars for her Birthday dinner.

Since she had a special weekend away she didn't have a big party this year.

Even though it wasn't a big party, she still wanted to have an Ariel party.

A great big thank you to everyone that helped Emma celebrate her Birthday!

Emma's Birthday Weekend

This past weekend we celebrated Emma's Birthday.

Saturday we went to the American Girl Store in LA.

We let her pick a friend to go with her and she picked Anyssa.

Emma has been wanting her ears pierced and so she decided that her doll Laurie needed her ears pierced.

 After shopping, we went to the cafe for afternoon tea.

 It was a busy day and so both Emma and Elle took a nap on the way to our hotel.

 When we got to our hotel we told Emma that we had a big surprise for her...

we were going to Disneyland the next day!!!

 The girls had lots of fun playing with the AG dolls at the hotel.

The next morning we had another surprise...

Uncle Omar, Aunt Lizzy and Jacob were meeting up with us!!!

 We also met up with Laurie and her family!

 And one last surprise...

Maddee, Uncle Andy and Aunt Tami also met up with us!

We had such a fun weekend and we were all so happy to be celebrating with Emma!
