Someone went to visit the Easter Bunny!

We were a bit nervous...

but we got a smiley picture!

And then right after this was snapped, she began reaching for mama and dada and screamed.

Thankfully there was nobody in line so we got to take our time getting to know the Easter Bunny. We basically violated him, because we pet him all over his legs and arms until she felt comfortable. Poor bunny.

But it was worth it!

Rachel & Heather's WILD Birthday

Yesterday afternoon, we headed to the Wild Animal Park to celebrate the birthdays of our good friends, Heather and her daughter Rachel.

Poor Jillian was a bit under the weather so Kristyn and Jillian weren't able to join us.

Emma was passed out for about the first half hour of the trip.

The park was really crowded, and we got a bit annoyed with all of the rude people.

So we headed over to this ↓ place.

It was almost as if we had the whole place to ourselves.

We ate some special Birthday Butterfly cookies.

They turned out to be really messy.

Mmmm, these rice cookies were a much better idea.

Rachel and Heather opened up some gifts.

Then we headed over to the carousel.

It was a huge hit, the girls LOVED it!

Look at this little one's face... priceless! She was in heaven.

Easter Egg Hunt at Church!

Emma's 1st Swim Class!

Dada, I don't want to wait, let's go swimming now!

Emma and Douggie are taking a Parent and Me swim class now.

They are so cute waiting for their teacher.

All showered and ready to go in the pool.

The teacher, (in the hat) used to work for me. So fun to see a familiar face like Bree.

She was a great swim teacher!

"One jumped into the pool, where it was nice and cool..."

Dada, I don't want to blow bubbles, I want to splash instead.

"You put your right leg in and you SPLASH it all about."

The last few minutes of the class, they headed over to the little pool.

Emma LOVED her swim class! I can't wait to see them at the next one, these two are pretty darn precious.

Dada, that shower water was cold, brrrr!

Aiden's Beach Birthday Party!

After swim class we headed to Carlsbad to go to Aiden's 4th Birthday Party.

Aiden's Dada Joey went to High School with Mama.

She loved playing in the water.

Good thing dada saw that wave coming!

The birthday boy and his mama opening some gifts.

Poor Joey was stung by a stingray and left the party early to get some hot water on his foot.

Annual Block Party!

Our neighborhood has a block party every March.

We always have so much fun at them.

Someone loved jumping with the kids!

She also had fun with sidewalk chalk.

What a fun evening!

Dada gave Emma her bath and then Mama and E were done for the night. We were pretty tuckered out. Douggie went back to the party to watch some UFC they had playing outside.

I couldn't have asked for a better day!

The Flower Fields, always a spring time favorite!

I have always loved the Spring time around here, because that means the flower fields are in bloom!

Yesterday evening we headed over to take a few pictures.

Someone decided that she had enough of the flowers, so we headed over to the play area.

Watched some planes fly by.

Dada put me on the slide...

I flew down the slide...

and I fell off the slide!

She a tough cookie, she brushed off her hands and wanted to keep sliding.
